Refund Policy
Last updated: September 25, 2026
Draft — to be reviewed before launch. This text is a working draft, not a final policy and not legal advice.
We want you to be happy with TechnicallyNot.ai. Try the live demo first to see how it works. If the app isn’t right for you, you can ask for a refund.
Refund window
You can get a full refund within [14] days of your purchase, for any reason. You don’t need to explain why, though we’d love to know how we could do better.
Renewals
If your license renews automatically, you can ask for a refund of a renewal within [14] days of the renewal charge. You can cancel renewal at any time to avoid future charges.
How to ask for a refund
- Email support@technicallynot.ai with the email address you bought with and your order number (it’s on your receipt).
- Or use the refund link on your receipt from our payment provider.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are handled by our payment provider, [payment provider], back to the original payment method. You’ll usually see the money within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. When a refund is made, the license key for that purchase is deactivated.
After the window
After the refund window we normally don’t give refunds. We will still help if something went wrong, such as a duplicate charge or an app that can’t run on your PC and that we can’t fix.
What we can’t refund
TechnicallyNot.ai runs AI agents on your own accounts. Charges from AI providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI or Cursor subscriptions or usage) are between you and them. We can’t refund them.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn’t affect any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
